Does anyone know how to make the stuffed meatloaf from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse? - how to use a cracker with whippets
I have this question before, but was not satisfied with my answers. Rather than ask me where I live, and I told him, Jelly Roll style, I ate what I know. So here we go. I'm one hours's Italian Steakhouse Johnny. I do not like the meat loaf to fill. Fill with ricotta, spinach and sliced mushrooms into slices with rosemary and garlic sauce and mashed potatoes. And yes, it is rolled like a jelly roll. I think you need to know what you cookies, oatmeal, bread crumbs, or whatever. How many eggs and is used as a substitute for tomato juice. Any help would be very grateful.

Yes, but I doubt that even the chefs who know exactly in your favorite Johnny work, how many eggs, the quantity of each ingredient.
ReplyDeleteI hate to burst your bubble, but most things in restaurants in major chains such as ships arriving in meatlof served long tubes and the restaurant simply cooks the finishing touches on it. spread out and put the filling in two rounds and cook to be done to reduce the amount of preparation time for the leaders needed to reduce labor costs
